You have 30 days from delivery to start a return. The item needs to be unworn, unwashed, with tags on.

Email cryingiscoolclothing@gmail.com with your order number and we'll send instructions. Once it's back with us, the refund goes to your original payment method.

We don't do exchanges. Return it, then reorder the size you want.

When will my order ship?
Tees, zip hoodies and beanies are in stock and ship in 2 to 5 business days. The Sonder hoodie is a pre-order: it's made after you buy it and ships in 2 to 4 weeks. You get a tracking email either way.

What does shipping cost?
Nothing. Free on every US order, no minimum, no code. We ship inside the US only right now.

How do the tees fit?
Oversized. 5'10" wears a Medium. If you're between sizes, take your usual size.

Can I return it?
Yes, within 30 days, unworn with tags. Details in the Returns tab above.

Are the colours accurate?
Everything's shot in natural light and edited to match real life. Screens vary a little.
